For better or for worse, humanity has seemed pretty opposed to the idea of natural selection for quite a while.

He’s wearing his mask about as effectively as half the people I see walking around in them.

80% of the people at my (near max capacity) local zoo were not wearing masks. I dont think the level of concern is there with most people.

Yeah I don’t think I have to tell you how insanely contradictory the cheeto in chief is.  It’s really hard to think about how much better the pandemic could have gone for the US with some actual response. But this isn’t the worst year in history, that goes to 536, seems close though.
